On tap at the brewpub. (7.4 abv) Trübes orange goldenes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, reife Früchte, reife Banane, etwas Nelke. Geschmack sehr malzig, weizenmalz, reife helle Früchte, hefig, Nelke, leicht alkoholisch.

(draught at the brewery tap) Cloudy, murky brown colour with a mid-sized and slightly off-white frothy head. Sweet, banana-fruity aroma with a slightly sour wheat-malt character, accompanied by notes of bubblegum and discreet clovy phenols. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour with a tinge of acidity, medium to full bodied with a lively carbonation. Almost dry mouthfeel, slightly tart wheaty malty and fruity (banana, ripe citrus) taste; dry-ish fruity and slightly tart finish with a present wheat character and balanced spicy phenols; the alcohol is well-embedded and barely detectable.
