Late check-in from Janaury ’16. 33ml bottle. Nice approach to a Doppelbock. Sweet, malty body but in the end a lot of hops. Not a typical Doppelbock for me but interesting.

Trübes dunkel orange braunes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach dunklem Malz, Karamell, rote Früchte, dezent hopfig. Geschmack sehr röstmalzig, rote Früchte, Karamell, Bonbons.

Rund malziger, süßlich würziger Antrunk. Hopfig würzig, spritzig, besonders zum Ende hin kaum an einen Doppelbock erinnernd. Nett. 11/11/11/11//11

On tap in Mainz. Fresh malty beginning. Intense smooth malty, nice round and typical sweetish body. Fresh malt, smooth and not too sticky. Great round and smooth with smokey hints. Great!
