Pours dark brown with a red hue and a very slight off-white head. The aroma contains apple, vinegar, basement aromas and barnyard, even some cherries. It tastes medium sweet to heavy sour. The body is medium to light but the nice carbonation makes up for it. Interesting beer.

Dark Brown With Red Color, Huge Tiny Bubble Head that lasts and leaves Edges of Glass Fully Covered in Tiny Bubble Film. Lots Of Floaters. Lightly Sour Aroma. Acidic Sour with No Sign Of Sweetness. My First Sour Ale, so might Be OK for What it is Although It is Not My Style.

Shared 11.2 oz. bottle. As Monk’s Cafe Flemish Sour Ale. Reddish brown, with an immense pillowy head. Sour cherry aroma, with a little funk.. Tart cherry taste. A bit medicinal. Much more sour than sweet.

Bottle shared thanks to kermis, let’s get him to 8k tasting. Very dark reddish brown, big fluffy beige head. Cardboard, few days old coffee, rotten red fruits, soft balsamico. So far so mediocre, finish has ash, rotten cardboard, earth, gasoline. Light sweet and sour with nasty bitter finish. Over medium bodied with soft velvety feel. Nasty.

Dyp brun noe tåkete med lavt lys brunt skum. Lukter solbær, kursebær, svisker og noe animalsk lukt. Smaker syrlig surt, kirsebær og solbær, lett bitterhet.

Pours a reddish brown from a bottle, tan head with lots of lacing. Aroma of grapes, sour apple, a bit of barnyard. Flavor is big on grapes, some brett, then with a flash of toasted bread towards the end. Somewhat sour, not heavy not light. Somewhat thin, which didn’t seem to go well, the beer seemed to want to be heavier than it was. Very good beer.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by Joes. Clear dark rusty orange color, medium sized off-white to beige head. Smell and taste rotting fruits, old cheese, sweaty feet. Utter crap if you ask me. OK mist admit, taste is doable but I don’t like it.
