A dark beer creation with a fine chocolate nuance which results out of the harmonic, fine malt combination. The aroma is nuttily with a flavour of toffee and caramel; the first sip with a creamy malt-stressed sweetness which then unfolds with a fine aroma-hop nuance into a full-bodied taste-experience.

750ml bottle. Darkest brown colour with small to average, thick, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Sweet-ish, chocolately, dark malty aroma, hints of honey, caramel and toffee, a touch of nougat, some roast, fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of green apple. Taste is sweet-ish, chocolately and minimally roasty dark malty, hints of chocolate, honey, a touch of burnt coffee, burnt caramel, roasted nuts, fruity hoppy overtones with hints of green apple, green apple parings, a slightly warming, alcoholic touch accompanies the lingering, sweet-ish, honey-induced, chocolately and slightly sticky finish. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, gentle carbonation. Quite a bunch of roasty and sweet dark malty flavours have a nice interplay here.

Sehr dunkel braune Farbe, geringe braune Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr röstmalzig, holzig, trocken. Geschmack süß röstmalzig, Vanille, Schokolade, nett.

Runder würzig malziger, steigend herber Antrunk. Intensiv würzig im Mittelteil, minimal herb, zum Ende etwas trocken. Gut. 11/12/12/12//12

Great chocolate cherry beginning. Nice combination of malt and fruit. Easy to drink and still deep. Fresh fruity chocolate malt with hints of fruity cherries and hints of wood. Moderate bitterness, very smooth and great round. Fascinating!!
