Bottle at home. Pours deep ruby brown, nose is raisin, caramel, vanilla, vinous, taste is similar, sweet, chewy toffee. --- Beer merged from original tick of Kupfer Bock - Sherry on 01 Feb 2024 at 20:54 - Score: 8

330mL bottle, pours a deep dark amber mahogany with a medium tan head. Aroma is full of sherry-like oxidation, some red berries, and some bready malt. Flavour is rather flat, with lots of sherry-like oxidation, bready malt, and a touch of red berries. Fairly flat and bready, with lots of sherry-like oxidation on the finish. Not bad, but not an elegant product.

Trübes dunkel orange goldenes Bier mit einer geringen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht nach Vanille, sehr malzig, helles Getreide. Geschmack sehr malzig, viel Vanille, helles malz.

Mild würziger, geringfügig herber Antrunk. Minimal bitter, würziger werdend, weich, rund malzig. Nett. 8/9/10/9/11/10
