330ml bottle. Darkest brown colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Chocolately dark malty and fruity aroma, notes of dark chocolate, dark fruit, morello, cherry, dark berries. Taste is tart-ish fruity and dark malty, notes of dark chocolate, morello, cherry, bramble, some residual sweetness. Harmonious - quite nice.

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Murky brown colour with a beige and medium-sized foamy head. Oaky, mildly vinous berry-fruity malty aroma with notes of vanilla and caramel, almost bit perfumed. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Mildly dark malt character with loads of oaky notes and vanilla, backed by berry-fruity and traces of morellos; almost dry, oaky and slightly vinous fruity finish. Okay, perhaps a little bit too much oak flavour. 19.II.16

Trübes dunkel orange braunes Bier mit einer geringen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch holzig, Vanille, reife rote Früchte, leicht schokoladig. Geschmack mild schokoladig, Vanille, süß, milder karamelliger Abgang.
