Ein fein ausgearbeitetes Lagerbier mit vollen Körper. Gute erfrischende Aromen, welche auf der Zunge tanzen. Den Namen Hopferl verstehe ich auch nicht, da der Hopfen eher eine Nebenrolle spielt, wahrscheinlich hätte sich Malzerl zu blöd angehört.

Bottle. Medium, frothy, white head on a clear, golden body. Aroma of grains, earth, bread, some honey sweetness. Tastes of grains, grass, bread, herbs, some sweetness. Mouthfeel is medium, slick, low carbonation and it finishes light bitter and earthy. Really not bad, quaffable and with nice grainy and earthy notes.

Bottle, many thanks to Geiserich. Clear golden color with small white head. Malty aroma with bitter hops and metallic notes. Taste, malt, grassy hops, grain. Bittersweet finish.

Bottled, 0.33l. Clear golden color with medium frothy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma is moderate malty with notes of caramel, heavy floral hops, dried fruits and cherry. Taste starts with moderate sweet maltiness, followed refreshing grainy and fruity, while finished light bitter with some unpleasant medicinal aftertaste. Medium body, slick texture and soft carbonation in palate. Completely acceptable in general...
