Tiefschwarz in der Farbe wie ein Stout und doch prickelnd wie ein Pilsener. Diese Kombination verleiht dem dunklen Seisler-Bier den einmaligen Charakter. Angenehme Caramelnote.

Many thanks to CH-303 for this bottle! Gushing bottle. The beer starts fresh and dry malty. Earthy hints. Roasted malts, dry and still easy to drink. Hints of caramelly hazelnuts. Moderate bitter in the highly drinkable aftertaste. Hints of milk-chocolate, very great!

Wässrig rauchiger Antrunk, geringe Malzigkeit. Wässrige Schokolade, herb, erdig. Vergoren fruchtige Noten zum Ende. Leider zu wässrig, von den Aromen her gut. 7/8/9/7/8/8

Bottled "Äs Jùscht´s Seisler Bier"
Dark brown color and small tan head. Wheaty banana flavor with toasted malts and hints of smoke. Dry and wheaty, smokey, fruity notes. Quite interesting brew.

Bottled (Thanks Bov!). Dark brown colour, small brown head. Aroma is leather, dark malts, some smoked notes. Flavour is smoke, leather, malts and some dark fruits. A very pleasant and wellbalanced beer, maybe slightly watery, but still nice.

(Bottle 50 cl) Comes as "Äs Jùscht´s Seisler Bier". Pours a clear, reddish brown with a handsome, beige head. Malty nose with a hint of smoke. Medium-bodied with roasted, malty and also fruity accents. Also presenting a whiff of smoke. Dry finish. Not bad at all. Courtesy of Bov. 240706

A hazy amber beer with a bubbly brown head. The weird, both acidic and very fruity - and at the same time both fresh over stale, with slight hints of smoke and leather. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of caramel combined with lighter notes of sirup, rope, and smoke

Bottled. Very dark brown. Coffee aroma. Dryish and very roasty with clean malt character. A straightforward beer with low to medium bitterness and less character than the other offerings from this brewer.
