Bottle from Systembolaget. pale, hazy, yellow with frothy, white foam. Aroma is grassy and bretty with citrus, mango and tropical fruit. Grassy, bitter taste with a bit of funk. Not much happening, pretty straightforward. A bit thin and very dry. Dry, woody finish.

(330ml Feb 2017 bottle from Systembolaget web order) ~4mo at time of drinking. Pours a hazy straw gold with a big and fairly stable white head with lace. Aroma of mixed lemon, orange and grapefruit peels, light passion fruit, musky and floral, quite leafy, a bit of fresh pine, wet mulchy funk, some lactic sour notes. Flavour is only very lightly tart, somewhat lactic, rather heavy on more bitter hop notes - citrus peel and pith, leafy, pine needles, lightly soapy. Some unripe apricot. Dry and rather bitter finish. Light to medium bodied, average carbonation. Not so juicy, especially on the palate, and the wildness is rather restrained too. It’s a decent mixed-ferm beer, and some of the blame falls to SB for taking so long to bring this beer to market...

Bottle from Systembolaget. Hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma of funk, citrus and some grass. Similar taste. The body was medium and the finish dry.

Bottle. Pale orange color with white head. Aroma is spicy yeasts, mango, tropical fruits, juicy. Taste is juicy, tropical fruits, yoghurty taste. Medium carbonation. Incredible that this intense fruitiness comes only from the hops.

Murky yellow color, small white head. Aroma is funky grapefruit. Medium-bodied. Funky horseblankety, tart, grapefruity flavor. Wild and juicy yes. Not so complex but clever funkyness in this one.

Flaska från SB. Rejält disig ljusgul vätska med högt vitt flummigt skum. Massor av brett och klorofyllig grön humle i doft och smak jämte citronsaft och zest med viss beska, vete. En Brekerietöl med flera parametrar uppskruvade på gott och ont. Kanske inte riktigt min kopp men helt klart trevlig.

On tap @ Bergen Beer Craft Fest. Pours hazy, light yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is fruity bretty notes, with hay, berries and citrus. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity brett, with notes of wood and hay, as well as hoppy citrus and floral notes.

Draught as a tasting flight of 8 at Steampunk Bar, Göteborg, during Brekeriet Tap Takeover, on May 19, 2017.Cloudy yellow color, whtie head with lacing. Tart, fruity, spicy taste. Mild acidic, fruity aftertaste. Full low CO2 mouthfeel, very low bitterness. Acidic, fruity, some SO4 scent.
