Winter 2015

750ml bottle [Thanks Wolfgang!]. Clear, copper-ish brown colour with small to average, thick, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Caramel malty aroma, hints of malt lozenge, a cautious touch of toffee, minimally herbal-spicy hoppy overtones. Taste is caramel malty, hints of malt lozenge, a touch of toffee, some malt spiciness in coffee direction, hoppy overtones with cautious hints of red berries.

Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Pretty standard amber that doesnt do too much to differentiate itself from other easy drinking ambers.

The beer has hazelnuts, caramel and dry raisins. Red-malty, clove in the aftertaste. Very dry fruits with hints of sourness. Dark, voluminous, caramel and mild-smooth. Nice!

0,75 l ceramic bottle shared with Kristall-König. Clear bright dark red in the glass with a mighty head. Some malt on the nose. But not a lot. And a little bit citrus. Taste ist dusty toasted malt, some hop. Expected way more.
