Das Bier glänzt wie eine frisch polierte kupferne Sudpfanne und macht jetzt schon Lust auf den ersten Schluck. Der Schaum ist fest, kompakt und cremig. Feinste Aromen von Sahnekaramell, Vanille, Whiskyholzfass und die volle Wucht des weinfruchtigen Chardonnay Hopfens mit Karamell, Toffee und Waldhonig steigen in die Nase. Im Antrunk steht der volle fruchtige Körper. Die Holznoten hängen hinterher und halten sich umso länger.

330ml bottle. Hazy, dark amber colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white head. Malty aroma, notes of toffee, hints of nougat, a touch of wallpaper paste, cautious fruity overtones with a touch of mirabelle. Taste is sweet-ish malty, slightly fruity, minimallly dry, woody, oaky, hints of toffee and mirabelle, a touch of nougat. Minimally watery.

Smooth and slightly woody beginning. Fresh and nice with Bourbon-Whisky hints. Wood and vanilla, the beer is quite highly carbonated. Smooth wood, the vanilla is round and nice. Easy to drink, hints of grainy bitterness, Nice!
