50cl bottle. Pours clear golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting white head. Aroma of mild sweet pale malt, hay. Taste of very mild sweet malt, hay, mild yeast, very easy Kristallweizen with a watery palate.

Gushing bei einem Kristallweizen? Es gibt immer ein erstes Mal…Überraschend bananiger Antrunk, spritzig, zu Beginn ohne Herbe. Diese wird im Mittelteil stärker, geringfügig süß, rund. Kein typisches Kristallweizen, man erkennt das Ursprungsbier noch gut. 6/9/9/8/7/8

Poured from bottle, pours a clear yellow. Aroma is sweet with notes of banana and clove and the flavor is much of the same.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a huge fluffy white foam. Sourish and sweet wheat-malty and moderately fruity (citrus, apples, green banana) nose with perfumed notes. Slightly sweet and moderately wheaty malty taste with light banana- and citrus-fruity notes; quite harsh bitter finish. Not very rounded chrystal wheat (29.05.08).
