Dzień 31: Z samego rana ekspedycja dotarła do wybrzeża nieznanej nam wyspy. Zaraz po zapuszczeniu się w głąb lądu uderzyło nas bogactwo egzotycznych aromatów. Marakuja, ananas, mango, jagody, agrest i cytrusy przywodziły na myśl bukiet najlepszego białego wina. Przez cały dzień zbieraliśmy zapasy, by moć zabrać je ze sobą do domu. PS. Przypomniałem sobie, że nowe odmiany chmielu, które kupiliśmy na targu w Germanii pachniały bardzo podobnie. to może być jakaś wskazówka...

Keg at PiwPaw, Foskal, 14/07/19. Light haze on a golden blonde pour with a decent off white cap. Nose is a touch acetic and harsh leading to lemon zest and some damp straw notes. Taste improves comprising bitter citric shreds, lemon rind, straw, hint of tropical fruits, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable number.

Leicht trübes dunkel goldenes Bier mit geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch mild hopfig, getreidig, Citrusfrüchte. Geschmack trocken hopfig, getreidig, leicht fruchtig, langweilig.
