Thanks to quack-duck for that one. Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass copper colured, nice head. Malty-dry aroma. Starts intense malty, not too roasty, modest dry. Some metallically notes. Also some hints of caramel. Finish again dominated by the metallically notes, so not so drinkable. Hmm, exspected a bit more.

Bottle(thanx to Štěpan!):ambercoloured, a bit unclear, stable mid-sized foamy layer with a little lace, not reslly sweet malty-caramelly nose with a tinge of coffee; moderate (almost a bit dryish) sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft; shorter malty finish, some mild bitterness detectable. A pleasant, inoffensive Dunkel…

(bottle) slightly hazy, amber colour with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Slightly dusty, toast-malty and mildly nutty aroma with notes of caramel and shy hoppy spice. Mild sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Toasty malty base with caramel and slightly nutty notes and shy traces of chocolate in the background, which are also detectable in the bitter-sweet and moderately toast-malty finish. Drinkable Dunkel. 04.V.12

bottle from Edeka Neuendettelsau. Clear light-brown colour, mid-sized beige head. Malty base, slightly grainy, with caramel and lovely resiny hops - bitter sweet character. Good!
