Bottle at THT. Almost black with beige head. Oh yeah, salted caramel, chocolate, toffee, fudge, dried plums, old stale coffee. Light sweet and medium salty with a roasted bitter finish. Medium bodied. A bit too salty for me.

Cask @ Pie Howff. Thick black colour with a large, creamy tan head. Roasted malt aroma with caramel and a little saltiness too. Dark chocolate and coffee dominate the flavour with a salty caramel finish. Interesting and tasty

Black beer with a thick beige head. Light, sweet malty smell to it. The salted caramel is quite prominent in the flavour, on top of a typical but rich milk stout taste. I’ve had the collaborative version of this they did with BrewDog as well and this isn’t as nice as that but it’s really good and the salted caramel, which lingers in the mouth, really makes for an interesting stout.

Cask at the Victoria, Birmingham. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy off white head and lots of clingy lace. The aroma is light sweet malt, light creamy caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth caramel, liqourice malt, light chocolate, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
