On tap the at the brewpub in Karlsruhe . 22/07/2015 Three days after the Etape du Tour.Clouded light orange coloured pour with a lasting frothy off white head. Aroma is dirty earthy grains, banana bread and rustic wheat. Flavour is composed of doughy creamy wheat, banana bread, sweet gooey bread, Palate is semi sweet, airy prickly carbonation, simple weizen.

Yellow color, looked filtered though. Big, white, typical hefeweizen head. Nice estery, mainly banana aroma. Flavor was mainly banana, but a bit thin and it lacked any spicy clove or coriander.

apple crumble pie, smooth mouth. Not bad, like all of their beers. Great value though!

Draught at the bräuhaus
Generically sold as Spezial, that is: season beer.
Cloudy orange-golden color; generous head. It has a nice, sweetish and fruity aroma, with a touch of spices. The flavor too is quite sweet, with a good mix of wheat, spices, banana. The bitterness is almost absent and the final is short. Pleasant.
