Bottle from Spar, Athlone [250716]
Golden. slight haze, thin white head
Aroma - dab of sharp lemon, tangy citrus
Taste of fruity lemon, very light malts, sour lemon, soft grape, tart fruits, not complex
Palate - Medium carb, medium light body, tangy sour - but not too much, refreshing, mouth puckering, bit farmyardy. Finish - Has a wave of cereal grains that comes though in the finish.
Overall - Good it’s not too sour, I like the farmyard cereal grains in the finish - it’s a plus point for me rather than a negative
