Draught @ Brauhaus Goslar
Aroma is like homemade mead with citrus and some brown sugar. Flavour is odd with hayish malt, mild mineral tones and grain. Also some butter. Hay is very dominant here but grain is a good second. Feels floury and a bit musty.

Bottle tapped at the brewpub. Pours hazy amber with stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and hops, with some malty notes and touches of paper. Bitter, hoppy flavour with pronounced estery notes and touches of malt. Estery and bitter aftertaste with hints of cardboard. Quite watery and with rather thin body. Definitely drinkable but the Gose from the same brewery is better.

Fra kran på bryggeripuben 10 Mar 12. Vi oppdaget at Gose ikke var noe utpreget tørsteslukker så vi gikk over på denne. Også kalt “Rapi”. Forsiktig maltaroma. Gyldenbrun med et brukbart skum som varer. Smaken er søt malt. Brukbar fylde. Tilløp til bitterhet i ettersmaken.

The bottle looks good, but there’s not much information on it. Starts sourish, only modest hoppy. The finish is a bit drier, still a bit sourish. Drinkable!
