Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Vova. Hazy pale yellow with strong carbonation and a bit white head. Nice lactic wheaty aroma. Tart flavor, lactic, lemony, with some graininess. Light-bodied. Refreshing.

330ml bottle, Very cloudy, opaque, yellow colour with huge, frothy, half-lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Lactic, spicy and slightly fruity aroma, hints of sauerkraut, a touch of vinegar, some quince. Taste is slightly tart, tangy, lactic and citric, notes of mild sauerkraut, hints of apple, some quince. Well balanced - nice.

THANKS for sharing RB people! Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ outside De Bierkoning during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016! Deep hazy orange, HUGE white head. Nose is very sweet soap, cooked wheat with butter, overly sweet & massive butter. Taste is soap, massive butter, candy, white sugar. Body is all butter and cooked wheat. The massive excess of butter is its biggest issue but not the only one.

Sampled from bottle in front of ’De Bierkoning’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Slightly hazy, straw yellow with a white head. Sourish, slightly fruity aroma of wheat, some lemon and a bit of rhubarb. Quite sour, a bit fruity taste of lemon, wheat and some gooseberry, followed by a short, rather tart finish. Thin to medium body, very astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.
