Bottle, in front of the Bierkoning at Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016, with Bierkoning, Travlr, Zlotta, Kermis, Maakun, TheJvd, ShivanDragon and more. Hazy yellow color. Off white head. Aroma’s: grain, buttery, popcorn, along with light sourness retronasal. Flavor is light sour, grain. Light bodied. Finishes with more grain.

Bottle sampled in front of de Bierkoning. Hazy straw with fizzy but lasting white head. Light lemon, dough, apricots, tortilla chips, popcorn. Light sour and very light sweetness. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation.

Bottle @ Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Funky, tart and dry with quite a lot of citrus, grain and bread. Id say its delicious and very clean compared to a lot of what the hipster breweries do.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Schneeeule Marlene ].Unclear matt light yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, baking yeast, fruit - grape tart, lacto notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt - wheat - corn, thin, tart - fruit tart. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20160422]
