Klare hell goldgelbe Farbe. Geruch süß fruchtig, Vanille, Äpfel, trocken. Geschmack süß fruchtig, holzig Vanille, reife Äpfel.

Säuerlicher, fruchtig apfeliger Antrunk. Milde, zunehmend steigende und aggressiv wirkende Süße. Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Zum Ende trockener, insgesamt ausgewogen. Interessant. 8/10/8/9/9/9

75 cl bottle. Great fresh apple nose with depth. The cider starts very intense fragile. The apples are extremely refreshing, not too sweet. Lots of fragrance, the wood is subtle in the background. Refreshing slightly sourish aroma, lots of fruit, depth and a voluminous body. Fantastic champagne-like character!
