Bottle pour at Daheim im Larsbacher Thal, pours a clear blonde. Aroma has some hay, crisp apple skins, and a touch of tannins. Flavour is tart, dry and tannic, with exceptionally deep tannins, hay, barnyard notes, and dry apple skins. Tart, tannic and complex. Excellent.

15.04.2019 -- 0.75l bottle from galeria kaufhof in frankfurt. clear very pale with no head. aroma of perfume, slightly musty red apples. flavour of apples, perfume, wood, cinnamon, leather. a bit sour, full body (for a cider). weird but interesting.

Klare hell gelbe Farbe. Geruch süß fruchtig, reife Äpfel, leicht alkoholisch. Geschmack süß, reife Äpfel, keine Karbonisation, naja.

Trocken fruchtiger, minimal süßer Antrunk. Geringe Karbonisierung, süffig, leider wässrig. Gut trinkbar, interessant. 8/9/8/8/9/8

75 cl bottle. Dry sulphur nose. The cider starts plain and sour-sweetish. Absolutely no depth (because this is not a cider-apple!), sourish plain aroma, boring sour and not not easy to drink.
