Many thank to Beerhunter111 for sharing! Smooth and fresh beginning. Hints of carbonation and a very dry sourish body. The sugars are completely fermented, the apples is sour and tart with nice tannins in the mouth. Refreshing aftertaste with hints of sulphur, apple-peel and nice sour fruit. Interesting.

75cl Flasche. Klare blass goldgelbe Farbe. Der Geruch ist trocken fruchtig, Sulfate, leicht säuerlich. Der Geschmack ist verhalten fruchtig, leicht säuerliche Äpfel, Sulfate, langweilig.

18-02-17 // 750ml bottle from local Rewe. Clear golden applewine. Nose is fresh ripe aplles. Taste is quite dry, old apple juice. Average applewine.

Intensiver apfeliger Geruch. Im Antrunk trockene Noten von grünem Apfel, weich, wenig herb. Die Apfelnoten bleiben konstant, süffig, die Säure steigt an. Vollmundiges Finish. Gut. 8/10/11/12/12/11
