Diese traditionelle Bierspezialität hat viel Charme und Charakter: Das kraftvoll-würzige Aroma, die samtig-dunkle Farbe, die dezent abgestimmte Hopfenblume … Lassen Sie sich einfach verführen. Und genießen Sie an einem gemütlichen Winterabend mal ein oder zwei Böckle. Aus der urigen Bügelflasche im handwerklich gefertigten Holzkasten. Zum Wohl Sein! Übrigens: Ganz leicht ist dieses Bier nicht.

Dunkler, wenig karbonisierter Beginn. Trocken, wenig herb, minimal bitter. Nuancen von Schokolade, Kakao, trocken, etwas alkoholisch. Runder, würzig herb-malziger Abgang. 10/10/9/9//9

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for sharing! Pours almost clear reddish brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma of dark malt, red fruits, not too sweet. Taste of dark caramelish malt, nuts, red fruits, the alcohol is well hidden.

Pours a clear dark mahogany body and a creamy white head. Aroma of caramel and roasted malt. The taste is medium to heavy sweet

Bottle @ Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. Pours dark ruby amber with a creamy head. Roast, nuts, caramel, bread and fruit. Smooth and chewy malty. Tasty.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and caramelish to breadish. Caramelish, toasted malty and breadish. Light bitter and medium sweet roasted caramelish finish.

Bottle (thanks to the Lake of Constance !): Clear, deep amber coloured, small, but lacy (off-)white head; caramalty, roast-malty nose with a light metallic touch; moderate, a bit dryish, bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; a light acidity is detectable in the roast-malty, caramelly finish. O.K., not really impressive.........

(33cl swing top bottle) Clear, dark amber colour with a short, slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet, dark malty and toasted nose with caramel and cacao. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a mellow mouthfeel. Toast-malty and leafy taste with caramel; moderately sweet and toasty finish with light but balancing herbal hops. Pröst to The beer GoD ! (09.04.08).

scura buona schiuma piuttosto grossalana abbastanza persitente sentori di fruttato caramello erbaceo in bocca ben bilanciata poco tostata buon corpo abbastanza luppolata
