33cl bottle from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Expired June 2017. Pours hazy dark yellow with limited white foam. Aroma is of sea salt, pine needles. Quite particular! Body is average, with a clear balsamic feeling. Moderate carbonation. Taste has marked sourness and sapidity, with limited sweetness. Finish is short and clean.

On tap at Samo Pivo, Belgrade. Shared with lovely Anja. Hazy-murky straw, small to medium-sized, lasting white head. Light citrus, candy, elderflower, white grapes or apple. Sweet, elder juice with a lemony sour touch. Medium body, moderate carbonation, smooth, juicy finish. Really interesting!

33 cl. bottle shared @ Alex and Suus’ beer tasting. Light hazy yellow with a very thin white head. Funky tart aroma with elderflower. Sour taste with a faint undefined plastic aftertaste. I’m not that familiar with Berliner Weisse as a style but I don’t think this should be part of it. Besides that it’s a really refreshing sour beer.

Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks Stas. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Lactic lemony aroma, fruity, with a bit of pickled hot peppers, sulphur. Tart flavor, lactic, lemony, with a pickled vegetables note, a bit sulphury. Light-bodied. Nice and refreshing.
