# 3625; 5/2023. Roasty and slightly biscuit aroma. Cloudy brown body, persistent tany head. String roasty, herbal and malty. Very good schwarzbier. 0,1 l, draught, tasting set, brewpub, Ulm, Swabia, Germany.

On tap @ the Brewpub in Ulm. Caramelly malty beginning. Easy to drink. Hints of roast, hints of sweetish grain with not too much bitterness in the finish. Nice.

Draught @ Memmingen brewpub. Aroma has chocolate tones and some hay. Feels well roasted. Flavour has chocolate, grain, roastiness and coffee. Also some licorice. Excellent schwarz!

On tap at the brewpub. Trübes orange braunes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch süß malzig, leicht röstmalzig, diacetyl. Geschmack mild röstmalzig, süß, karamellig.

Keg at the Ulm brewpub, 06/02/15. Dark mahogany brown with a decent tan covering. Nose is toffee, spice, biscuit, light fruit notes. Taste comprises dark fruit rinds, toffee, dates, raisens. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough Schwarz.
