(swing top bottle, 33cl) Clear, golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Biscuity and slightly strawy malty aroma with a mildly flowery and herbal hoppy background. Slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Tastes drier than expected: strawy malt-character with a mild but present herbal hoppy bite, dry-ish bitter-sweet quite rounded malty and hoppy finish. 15.XI.14

33cl swing top bottle. Pours clear golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting white head. Aroma of soft floral and grassy hops, pale malt. Taste of grassy and spicy hops, pale malt, a bit sweet.

Bottled, from Biershop Baden-Württemberg. Clear pale golden, rich creamy head. Fruity mildly grassy nose. Mid dry with light-medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Harmonious creamy malt, mild floral grassy hops. Fairly low bitterness. A gentle low key helles.

Bügelverschlußflasche:Golden, a bit unclear, stable small White head; grainy-bisquity nose, shy traces of aromatic hops underneath; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and soft; dry bitter finish. Drinkable, but surely no seducer...

Heller getreidiger Antrunk, konstante hintergründige Herbe. Hellmalzig, süßlich, sehr süffig. Herb würziger Nachgeschmack. 7/9/9/9/7/9

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle. Best before 03.02.15. Smooth and fresh beginning. A bit grainy, slightly sweetish. Nice fruity hints, nearly no bitterness. Nice. The aftertaste is grainy-sweetish-smooth.

The aroma has notes of malt, bread and light flower. The flavor has a light sweetness.
