Butilka: Golden, cloudy, stable and creamy white head; typical "belgian" yeasty-orangey nose with a vinous touch, hops barely detectable; moderate sourish-sweet flavour with a delicate tart bitterness, quite soft; almost solid dry citrussy-grapefruity finish with a lingering tartness. Not the Bier from Bavaria the world was waiting for, bit still quite pleasant…

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Yeasty, moderately pale malty aroma with notes of white bread, as well as herbal and slightly grassy hops, accompanied by a delicately vinous citric fruit character. Slightly sour and delicately sweet flavour, rather light bodied with a modest carbonation. A tad slim malty base with sour-fruity notes of citrus, present yeasty spice and a delicately herbal hoppy background, which gets only slightly stronger towards the dry, moderately sour-fruity and delicately tart finish. Strange but drinkable composition, reminding me a bit of Berliner Weisse and Witbier. 09.III.15

Bottle shared at Hopfen & Malz. Hazy yellow with a full head. Aroma is perfume & wheat. Flavour is yeast, fruity, lively carbonation, hops kick in at the end, interesting mix.
