Fläschle (Dank am See!): Copper coloured, quite clear, small off-white foamy layer, moderate sweet caramelly-toasty nose, dried fruits and a (dry) malty bitterness underneath; moderate sweet and also mildly bitter flavour, medium bodied; delicate boozy traces in the mainly malty/toasty finish, followed by a drier, also malty, bitter aftertaste. Decent...

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle. Smooth mild beginning. Round and refreshing with caramelly hints, smooth malt and a moderate but nice sweetness. Highly to drink, roasted hints, refreshing mild but caramelly burned aftertaste with a low bitterness. Nice.

Bottle, courtesy of Koelschtrinker. Pours clear brown with a medium head. Aroma is lightly roasty, toasted malt, dark malt, bread. Body is medium, quite sweet with a soft bitterness in the background, lively carbonation. Good Bock flavours, smooth texture, and a good drinkability. Lightly sweet and warming palate, yet not too powerful. Good.

Danke an kevnic2008. Dennoch leicht schokoladig, nussig malzig. Nett. 10/9/9/9/8/9

Clear deep chestnut amber colour, small frothy beige head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma roasted malts, treacle, caramel, dried dark fruits. Taste light heavy sweet and slightly bitter, roasty, malty, toffee, candy sugar. Sweet malty aftertaste, light hoppy touch, warming alcohol, medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Solid dunkler bock, very nice.
