Almost clear, golden color and a nice white head. Yeasty and banana aroma. Malty and bready, little citiric with a nice hoppy flavor

50cl bottle. Pours hazy pale golden colour with a mid-sized to small off-white head. Aroma of dry banana, yeast, some spices, bread. Taste of medium sweet yellow fruits, mild banan, lemon, bread, yeast, nice stuff!

Mild hefiger Antrunk, der außer der Hefigkeit leider sehr wässrig ist. Leider bleibt das Bier im belanglosen Gebiet, minimal bananig, was aber immerhin bis zum Ende anhält. Trinkbares aber zu laffes Weizen. 10/9/7/6/7/6

Pours cloudy and yeasty as expected. Fruity, lemony and sweet mixture of yeast and wheat. A good example.

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle! Best before 30.02.15. The beer starts malty-yeasty. Nice clove aroma with hints of bananas. The body is slightly sweetish with a nice yeasty profile. On the tongue remains a smooth yeasty aroma with a moderate sweetness with hints of clove and hints of bananas. Nice.

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a slightly off-white frothy head. Yeasty and wheat-malty aroma with notes of banana and vanilla. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Classical wheat-malty taste with profound notes of banana, grainy spots and traces of vanilla; sweet and discreetly sour-fruity finish, leaving-out the usual clovy spice. Nice. 26.VIII.13

Thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice creamy head. Starts mild, fine malty-yeasty, not too dry. Modest sweet. Fruity notes if banana and some apricot. Finish still fine yeasty-sweet. Nice hefeweizen!

bottle, bought at the brewery. Cloudy straw-yellow colour, creamy white head. Lovely wheaty-yeasty nose. Medium-bodied with a nice malty sweetness, a pleasant yeasty touch that adds a shy fruitiness (without the omnipresent exaggerated banana and bubblegum). Smooth palate and carbonation, quite velvety. Very well crafted, a very nice beer.
