Genießen Sie unser bernsteinfarbenes Pale Ale mit seinem ausgewogenen und spritzigen Körper. Fruchtige Hopfennoten liegen im Duft. Durch den Einsatz von hellem Gersten- und Weizenmalz, sowie unterschiedlichen Karamellmalzen erhält das Bier einen spritzigen Körper. Kaltgehopft verwöhnt unser Vielanker Pale Ale aber auch mit fruchtigen Zitrusnoten. Zum Ausgleich rundet eine ausgeprägte Hopfenbittere den Geschmack ab.

--Bottled -- Clear pale golden, small head. Lightly buttery grapefruit aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bready with tea and grapefruit. Long bitter finish.

Swing top Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear, deep golden with an off-white head. Dusty, lightly citrusy nose. Medium body, fruity, slightly oxidized, a hint of caramel and a bitter finish. 071221

15-04-21 // 500 ml bottle. Zur Pizza lief das top runter. Klar keine Komplexität/Tiefe aber einfach top „drinkability“ mit feinen klassischen American aroma hops Noten. Bisschen mehr malzige Süße und mildere Bitterkeit als üblich.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orangey golden colour with average, firm, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Grassy and piney, hoppy aroma, minimally sweet, pale malty background. Taste is grassy and piney hoppy, a resinous touch, sweet-ish, pale malty basis. Simple, clean, quite OK.

Bottle, 5.1%. Buttery aroma. Almost clear dark copper colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is caramelly but not buttery. Has a decent bitterness and a good spicy hop note.
