Pale ale basically originates from England, but we have brewed it in our own way. It was designed with the idea of a very tasty, aroma;c and balanced beer.
The base of the beer is formed by a rela;vely simple combina;on of the basic and caramelised malts.
This base was then overlaid with 4 types of hops that give it a fresh, fruity aroma and a superbly refreshing taste, which together with the malt base creates highly balanced and dangerously drinkable ale.

Pours clear dark golden with a lasting, small, frothy, off-white head; some lacing. Aroma of yellow apple, orange, lemon zest, grapefruit peel, breadcrust, (dank) cheese, lime. It tastes light fruity sweet, delicately balancing orange, pear & apple, with a bready touch, and light to medium hoppy bitter, quite piney with grapefruit peel. Dry, piney, bit peppery hoppy finish, lingering bready yeast & faint fruit. Medium body, slick/oily texture, soft carbonation. Rather 'obstinate' Pale Ale, but interesting.

F: big, creamy, white, good, retention. C: deep gold, bit hazy. A: orange, dusty, tangerine, mellow tropical fruits, biscuits. T: malty backbone, bit toast, orange, mango, pineapple, tangerine, dry bitterness on the palate, bit caramel, medium body and carbonation, good, enjoyed yet something is missing there for me I suppose bit more on the sweet side, 33cl can from Yeme (Tomasikova street) in Bratislava

330ml can from herrklemann, thanks Klemens! Pours hazy amber with a big frothy thick off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit, orange, resin, malts, caramel. Taste follows suit, orange and grapefruit, nicely complemented by a strong malt base, resin, caramel, this is a very well balanced pale. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Really good.

Almost clear amber/dark orange with an average sized white head that shows good enough retention and some lacing. Smell is lightly grassy/resinous with notes of citrus (expecially tangerine and grapefruit) among a generally soft feel for the style. Taste is medium to high sweet and medium bitter with a slightly bitter grassy/resinous finish, overall quite on the sweet side for the style. A soft white bread base, citrus notes (grapefruit, tangerine), fresh grassiness. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation resulting in a pleasant and as mentioned rather soft feel for the style. Overall a not excessively interesting but definitely enjoyable one. Went down very quickly.

On tap at Okrep?evalnica Petkov�ek, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light piney hops, some floral character and biscuity malt. Flavour is robust for a pale, with piney hops, floral notes and biscuity malt. Floral and piney, with an assertive bitter finish. Very nice.

Thuis uit een blikje, mooie oranje kleur, licht troebel. Goede bittere smaak, lijkt een ipa. Erg lekker en een mooi blikje!
