Pale ale basically originates from England, but we have brewed it in our own way. It was designed with the idea of a very tasty, aroma;c and balanced beer.
The base of the beer is formed by a rela;vely simple combina;on of the basic and caramelised malts.
This base was then overlaid with 4 types of hops that give it a fresh, fruity aroma and a superbly refreshing taste, which together with the malt base creates highly balanced and dangerously drinkable ale.

0,33 l can. Pours golden with a finger of lasting off white head. Aroma is hop forward, tangerine, citrus, malt is in the background, a bit of caramel too. Taste is light sweet and moderately bitter. Body is light to medium, texture is slick and carbonation average. Finish is quite long and dry, hop notes are slowly fading until only lingering bitterness remains. Very nice beer.

Can. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Can. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich fruits, flowers, malt, hops and has a nice bitter finish.

0.33l can. Malty aroma, light citrus fruit notes, light caramel. Hazy golden to amber color, white head. Malty taste, light caramel, citrus fruit notes, light sweet notes, light to medium bitter. Medium body, oily texture, soft to average carbonation and malty bitter finish. Good.

Fra 0,33 boks på Mi2, Cardinal sep-17: lett uklar gylden med flott skum som varer. Igjen en deilig ipa med herlig duft og smak av amerikanske humler - bitter appelsinmarmelade, tropiske frukter, karamell, granskudd/furunål. En fornøyelse å være tørst. Fra fat på siste Mi2 des-17: tiltredes!!

From tap at Zlata Ladjica Pub, Lubljana 25.07.17 and from shared can Mi2 at Cardinal 04.09.17. Slightly hazy golden. Off-white head and lacing Fine aroma and taste of American hops, Sevilla marmalade, bitter citrus, pilsener malt and pale crystal malt. Citrus is lingering on.

Shared can at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy amber with little off-white head. Aroma of caramel, pine needles, citrus, notes of tropical fruits. Tastes slightly bitter with some sweetness, well balanced. Thin bodied, slightly bitter finish.

Can, 0.33l. Clear copper pour, one finger creamy head, slightly off-white. Very good retention, thick lacing on the glass. Lots of hops on the nose, fresh, fruity and herbal. Medium body, medium carbonation. Soft texture, very smooth palate. Just the right amount of carbonation to bring out those hop flavors. Pleasantly bitter taste, refreshingly herbal. Good balance between malt and hop character. Caramel malts, grassy hops, grainy. Fruity citrus notes, strong grapefruit aroma. Vague herbal notes, slightly dusty. A bit dry. Finishes long and bitter. Overall, nice one. Very good APA. Flavorful and nicely balanced.

330 ml can, from the Norwegian importer. ABV is 5.5%, 35 IBU. Orange colour, small head, slightly off-white. Sweetish aroma of orange marmalade, caramel and fruity and piney hops. The flavour is mid between dry and sweet, some caramel, with fairly distinct resinous hops.
