Pale ale basically originates from England, but we have brewed it in our own way. It was designed with the idea of a very tasty, aroma;c and balanced beer.
The base of the beer is formed by a rela;vely simple combina;on of the basic and caramelised malts.
This base was then overlaid with 4 types of hops that give it a fresh, fruity aroma and a superbly refreshing taste, which together with the malt base creates highly balanced and dangerously drinkable ale.

Can 33 cl. from The Beers, Burgas, Bulgaria. Amber, clear with a little white head. Hops, citrus and caramel aroma. Light bitter with a dry hop end.

Can shared courtesy of puttetjes. Slightly unclear golden with white head. Sweet malts, sweetened orange tea, light cheese. Quite sweet and moderate bitter. Soft carbonation.

Can shared thanks to Puttetjes. Slight hazy amber with light beige head. Tea, sweet malts and toffee, peach, light cheesy, soft flowers, quite bready. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with slightly dry slick feel.

On tap at Mother Kellys Bethnal Green. Clear reddish brown colour lasting beige head. Caramel aroma. A caramel led apa with some harsh hop on the finish. Sweet. Then dry. Sweetish apa. Ok. Some interesting malt hop mix.

Can from Yeme. Nice and smooth APA. Very refreshing and easy to drink. I can imagine drinking this all night long.

Amber with little white head. Aroma is pretzel, butter, apricots, lychee, tropic fruit. Taste is bitter cracker malt, some slight sour fruit. A bit too much bitterness but still smooth and very drinkable. Not bad.

Can from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Unclear orange in the glass. Small head. Massive pine and orange on the nose. Taste starts orange fruity, pale grain, hints of pepper in the background. Increasing but not dominating malt in the second part. Pleasant mid bitterness. Nice.

Can looks really good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts malty and dry, more and more hoppy, bitter background. Some metallically notes. Fruity hints of lemon and grapes. Finish more balanced. Not bad!
