Pale ale basically originates from England, but we have brewed it in our own way. It was designed with the idea of a very tasty, aroma;c and balanced beer.
The base of the beer is formed by a rela;vely simple combina;on of the basic and caramelised malts.
This base was then overlaid with 4 types of hops that give it a fresh, fruity aroma and a superbly refreshing taste, which together with the malt base creates highly balanced and dangerously drinkable ale.

Can looks really good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts malty and dry, more and more hoppy, bitter background. Some metallically notes. Fruity hints of lemon and grapes. Finish more balanced. Not bad!

Flasch’n: Deep golden ,hazy, small persistent off-white foamy layer, fruity and pale-malty nose with a well detectable lemony to herbal-hoppy backbone; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, pleasant malty base detectable, almost medium bodied; well balanced, indeed, herbal-bitter and pale-malty finish. Good stuff...

33cl Can from Burg Bieren. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, pineapple, melon, light malty. Flavour is light to medium sweet, fruity, melon, unripe fruits, a bit leafy, some citrus and grass, a bit of weed, firm almost herbal bitter finish. Light bodied, firm carbonation. OK.

Ambar, algo turbia. Espuma no muy abundante pero muy duradera. Aroma agradable, bizcocho y sobre todo frutal con notas de naranja y fruta tropical. En boca muy ligera de cuerpo, bien de gas, amargor notable, no excesivo. Rica de sabor, de base malteada y muy lupulada, pomelo, naranja, notas de mango. Muy refrescante.

0.33 l can, best before March 2017, from Sebilinz via Euro local swap 3/2016, thanks Erich! Clear, amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, fruity and slightly resiny aroma of mango, orange jam, some caramel and pine. Sweetish, slightly bitter, quite fruity and resiny taste of mango, orange jam, caramel, some apricot and pine, followed by a long, quite bitter, dry and very resiny finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Not too deep, a bit too resiny for my taste, but quite tasty and refreshing nevertheless. Very nice!

Small white head, fast gone over copper-golden, clear beer. Very aromatic New World hops, floral, nectarine, delicate fruit. Mild sweet, faintly fruity flavour, but not as fine as the aroma suggested. Medium bodied, slick. Nose is really good, but the flavourprofile could do with some boosting.
