Made with the same procedure as the Naveta Brut but adding an extract of organic red apple skin, which gives it its characteristic pink tone, and cutting the second fermentation when the cider reaches 5% of alcoholic graduation.
The result is a pink and slightly sweet foamy cider.

Tap at L'Artesana, Oviedo, Spain. Pours a beautiful and brilliant dark red, transparent, with no foam. Aroma is fruity, going from apples to a little bit of cherries. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet. Even the final still has some sweetness.

Many thanks to fombe89 for this bottle! Nice red fruity nose. The cider starts very fruity and smooth. Not too sweetish but very smooth and red-fruity. Apples, red berries, cherries. Very nice and fruity, highly drinkable, fantastic smooth fruity.
