Das erste Bier der neuen Allersheimer CraftBier Riege. Ein Bier so kräftig und mystisch wie seine Farbe. Unsere Braumeister bürgen für die Authentizität dieser Bierspezialität. Im Geruch des Bieres zeigen sich Anklänge von Dörrobst, dunkler Schokolade, Toffee und schwarzen Vanilleschoten. Auf der Zunge werden vom zarten Schmelz Aromen von Karamell, Vanillle, Feige und geröstetem Malz getragen. Eine schöne, präsente Süße, ein wenig Rauch neben schwarzer Schokolade runden ein explosives Geschmackserlebnis ab.

Opaque dark brown colour, small frothy beige head, mostly diminishing. Aroma toasted malts, liqorice, red fruits, brown sugar, light treacle, hint of coffee. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, red fruits, liquorice, light treacle. Sweetbitter aftertaste, fruity notes, medium body, oily texture. Less heavy than expected but has style and is well-balanced, very nice.

0,33 l bottle. Nearly black in the glass, one finger beige head. Choco, coffee and also barrel wood on the nose. Taste starts with some low smoked malt and present dark fruity sweetness. Caramell and vanilla. Light fruity in the second row. Low alcoholic. Smooth. Really well balanced. Not as heavy as expected but a nice surprise.
