75cl bottle. Dry fruity nose. The cider starts quite sweetish with astringent parts. Ripe apples, quite sticky with tannins there, round, full-bodied but somehow not deep. Sweetish parts, a bit sticky but round. Interesting and nice.

Corked demi bottle
Hazy blond color with a small head. Nice, delicate aroma; light fruity apples and hazelnuts. Semi dry mouthfeel, with too much carbonation; dry and astringent final, with loads of apple skin tannins. The final is shorter than the average.
Pleasant, but not much refined, a bit rough.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden cider. The aroma is dominated by apples. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of apples as well as lighter notes of wood, leading to a dry finish.
