Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A dark brown beer with a huge most good lasting tan head. Aroma of sour dark malt, wood, vinegar, coffee. Taste of intense sour dark malt, vinegar, coffee, soy sauce, wood.

Many thanks to Nisse666 for this bottle. Extreme sour vinegar nose. Extreme dry with lots of bitter sourness. Very strange with odd vinegar and dust. Very dry, hints of awful old wood, the hops are bitter, the beer in total is extremely unround. Not my cup of tea - sad. It even doesn’t get better when hearing the recommended death-metal from the Swedish Festival...

Caña en el señor lupulo Gijón 28..01..17. (r21). Color negro con espuma beige Aromas y sabores maltosos algo tostados ácidos con toques de frutos del bosque y rojos y ligero y suave amargo final afeitado. Cuerpo ligero fácil de beber. Original y peculiar.

Bottle at a tasting. Strong sourness mostly overwhelming everything else. There is some dark malt character, but otherwise it is straightforward, simple and not very interesting.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours cola brown with frothy, beige head. Tart raspberry/cherry aroma with some chocolate and mild citrus. Taste is just a big mess of hoppy, sour berries, stouty chocolate, light roast. A good mess that is. Like an Eton Mess. Or something. Sharp, fizzy, sour berry notes at first that quickly changes into dark roast and citrus. A truly unique brew and I quite like it, after some consideration.

Appearance: Black color with a fine beige head. Ok lacing.
Aroma: Dark malt, sour, mild sitrus hoppy and fruity.
Palate: Medium + body. Tad sweet and a pleasant sourness. Average to soft carbonation.
Taste: Sitrus hoppy, chocolate, coffee, lactic and fruity.
Overall impression: Yummi.
