18/10/2019. Bottle from Craft Beer Store, Hamburg. Pours pale red with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of tart apples and red-currants. Light sweetness, medium plus tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, above average/spritzy carbonation. Not unpleasant, nice tartness, but much too fizzy. Best of the 3 Hamburg ciders tried today.

Süßer Beginn von Apfel und Johannisbeere. Milder Hintergrund, die Johannisbeernoten werden stärker, dabei auch dezent säuerlich. Trockener Mittelteil, spritzig, fruchtig. Okay. 9/10/10/9/11/9

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing! The cider starts very fruity and smooth. Mild sourish with a very fresh cassis apple aroma. Sourish apple, fresh red cassis, great round dry finish.

33cl bottle. A clear reddish orange colour, small white head. Aroma of sweet apples, sulfits, some red berries. Taste of mild tart apples, some berries, sulfits, not too sweet, okay!
