Milder Beginn von Äpfeln und süßer Birne. Spritzig, monoton. Zum Mittelteil pappig, die Süße verschwindet. Erhöhte Karbonisierung, trocken, grüne Äpfel. Okay. 8/7/9/7/9/8

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing! The cider starts dry and slightly sourish. Refreshing with nice tart dry perries there. Great fruity and dry stuff. Sessionable.

33cl bottle. A clear pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma of sweet pear, some sulfit, sugar. Taste of medium sweet pear, sulfits, a bit dry, sourish fruity.
