Son arôme est très subtil à l’image de son goût mettant en exergue ses malts et houblons sur un ton de céréales allié à un très léger caramel à peine amer invitant à la dégustation gourmande.

Bouteille: Hazy, small fluffy foamy layer, light sweetish aromas of caramel and toasted malt, grainy dust underneath; pretty light bodied, moderate bittef-sweet flavour; short drier caramelly-bitter finish. Not a real pleasure…

Bottle @ home. Smell a nice mix of sweetness, malts and a little hop. Taste just average. Very watery, very low body and carbo. Dissappointing in the end.

(bottle, 25cl) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Bready (cara-)malty aroma with notes of citrus, tea and a shy zesty touch. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Initially bready and malt-accented taste with notes of caramel and citrus; moderately sweet malty and mildly fruity finish with a shy level of bitterness. Easy-going and inoffensive. 11.I.11

Light hazy golden with tiny short lasting head. Fruity aroma with light hoppy notes. Same goes for the sweet flavor that also holds caramel.

Bottle. Mild butter aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is creamy/buttery, not in a bad way, though. Caramelly sweetness. A bit of sweetish aroma hop also.

Bottle from Bier Temple in Brussels. Pours a clear orange amber with a slight foamy white head. Light aromas of spice/citrus/fruit. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor starter with a touch of paper, then went to caramel and something citrus/coriander. It’s got a fair amount of flavor, but it’s not very spicey. Finishes nutty/bitter. And dry. Almost astringent.
