Das Schnorres "LAGER" ist ein typisch deutsches Lager, das hauptsächlich aus Pilsner Malz hergestellt wird. Diese Malzsorten bescheren dem Lager seine goldene Farbe. Durch das Zusammenspiel mit Hallertauer-Hopfen bekommt das Bier seinen dezenten und spritzigen Hopfengeschmack.

Bottle. Pours unclear golden with a huge fine stable head. Aroma is cold grass, clover, salad greens, some vegetables. Body is medium, slight off flavours, but generally a classic straight but flavourful lager. Quite bitter, yet not lacking sweetness. Juicy. Good.

24-06-18 // bottle shared. Hazy golden. Floral honey sweetness nose. Smooth sweet malty body. Mild cara. Solid.

Sampled @ 3. Mainzer Craftbier Messe 2017. A almost clear golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of mild grassy hops, pale malt. Taste of mild grassy hops, grainy malt, mild bitterness.

On tap @ Craft Mainz 2017. The beer starts mild and fruity. Grainy parts, easy to drink with not too much depth. Nice with a grainy aftertaste.

Flaska från Thomas Stuttgart. Smak och doft av humle, malt, karamell, säd med brödiga toner. Fruktig, rund och len, klara och rena smaker, fin sötma och beska. Gott!
