Das "Schnorres "MÄRZEN" ist aus Münchner Malz und Pilsner Malz hergestellt. Diese Malzsorten bescheren dem Märzen seine wunderschöne Bernsteinfarbe. Durch das Zusammenspiel mit Hallertauer-Hopfen bekommt das Bier einen herben und spritzigen Hopfengeschmack, der nicht zu bitter im Abgang ist.

Bottle. Pours unclear amber with a huge head. Aroma is butter, pale malts, grains. Body is medium, bitterish, smooth and dominant carbonation, a little low on flavours. Still diacetyl, but less bad than the nose. Okay

18-11-17 // at 3. Mainzer CraftBeerMesse. Clear amber coloured beer, small head. Mild malty nose. Light bodied with some sweetness and caramel malty.

Sampled @ 3. Mainzer Craftbier Messe 2017. A almost clear pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of mild grassy hops, straw. Taste of mild grassy hops, straw, pale malt, medium body.

On tap @ Craft Mainz 2017. Malty caramel body. Easy to drink, fresh and smooth with a nice grainy caramelly body. Easy to drink, round and smooth, fresh with a grainy caramelly ending.

Flaska från Thomas i Stuttgart. Smak och doft av humle, malt, bröd, korn, karamell med toner av salmiak. Rund och len, fruktig, lätt sötma och kropp, fin beska.
