Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing. Smooth mild floral beginning. Round and intense, very malty and rich with caramelly bitterness. Intense bitter in the end, More on the English-style side than on the US-side. Malty smooth caramelly bitter aftertaste. Nice round and refreshing.

Fläschla: Deep golden, hazy, slowly collapsing small beige head; pale malty nose with a bready/fruity touch and a milder herbal to resiny background; moderate to solid dryish bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, not very soft; slightly lingering bitter-resiny finish, hardly balanced by a very small amount of pale malt. O.K., but franconian Lagers are better...

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, deep golden to amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Flowery and moderately fruity hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, traces of tangerines and a bready, slightly sugary malty background. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter and delicately tart flavour, medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Bready malty base with mildly drying fruity and floral hops; sweet and slightly hop bitter finish. Likeable, but nothing special. 13.VIII.17
