Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of over ripe citrus fruits, hops, malt, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, hops, malt, and alcohol, leading to a bitter finish.

Pours slightly hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, peach, caramel, candy, alcohol, some fruitiness and fusel. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long warm, fruity, caramel, peach and sweet finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at a tasting. High high bitterness, vegetal grassy hops flavour, also resiny zesty. Slightly too tart and bitter for my liking, while lacking finesse. Not bad though.

On tap at Patricks. An almost clear one, dark golden in colour, topped by a dense, finger thick off-white head. Citrus zest, resins and tropical fruits, with a hint of something reminiscent of thinner. It’s medium to full bodied, sweet and lightly warming, with a nice carbonation. Nice bitterness, with little malt flavor. Pine cones, resins and some tropical fruits. Long quite bitter finish. Sure not my favorite DIPA. Rating: 5-4-6-3-12-3.0. 160716

Update, from bottle. A much fresher and tasteful beer than the first time I had it. More tasteful and complex, with a Saison-ish fruityness and spiced hint. Delicious and refreshing. 190406

Medium deep offwhite head. Clear coppery body. Floral tropical fruit aroma with funky pineapple notes. Sweet tropical fruit taste with spicy resiny notes. Mid-to-full body. Sharpish mouthfeel. Dryish floral spicy tropical fruit aftertaste with pineapple and toffee notes. Lingering menthol finish. Nice, but perhaps a bit too much pineapple for me. (0.75l bottle, from wine monopoly, Storo, Oslo.)
