RB backlog. Sweet ripe banana, loads of clove, cereal, leather, all very clean. Medium sweetness, a bit tart and lightly bitter. Full, creamy body with pearly carbonation. Herbal finish. Too sweet to be pleasant.

Trübe, orange gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, fruchtiger und süßer Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, fruchtig mit dem typischen Bananenaroma, malzig. Moderat süß mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure. Süffig, relativ unspektakulär, ein Festweizen könnte für mich mehr Charakter vertragen.

Bottle [from Euro Secret Summer Santa thanks to Sebilinz] @ home. Unclear hazy murky yellow color, medium to full sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, pleasantly soft banana, lightly yeasty, moderately sweet. Pleasant smooth texture, average to decent body and soft carbonation. Nice beer.

getrunken im Frühling 2018 Das Fest Weizen ist nicht schlecht. Es hat alle fruchtigen Aromen, die ich mir von einem guten Weißbier erwarte. Aber es ist einfach das normale Edelweiss und kein Festweizen, wie es manche bayrischen Brauereien haben.
