It’s a West Coast styled Double IPA. What does it mean? The beer has to be intensively hopped. It should be very bitter and dry. To make sure our IIPPAA has a rich citrus aroma, We have used DryHopnik. It’s a special system of crushing the hop granulate and its circulation over the course of beer aging. Double dry-hopping and a short period of aging make the beer fresh and aromatic.
Recommended temperature: 7-9°C
Recommended glass: PINTA shaker

Only rating this cause Pinta should be ashamed. Orange with a white head. Pint at the tap house is infected or with bad lines yet they’re still serving it. Full on vinegar bomb It’s absolute trash.

Kolor jasno złoty, lekko opalizujący. Piana drobno pęcherzykowa, biała, wysoka, o dużej trwałości. Obficie brudzi szkło, choć typowego krążkowania brak.
Aromat słodki, chmielowy - owocowy (tropiki). Intensywność aromatu określiłbym jako wysoką.
Smak lekko słodki z wyraźną, goryczkową kontrą. Goryczka ma charakter zestu owocowego. Jest wyraźna, długa, średnio wysoka.
Alkohol dobrze schowany. Ciało pełne. Tekstura "śliska", może nawet mydlana, gładka. Posmak długi, wytrawny.
Aromat słodki, chmielowy - owocowy (tropiki). Intensywność aromatu określiłbym jako wysoką.
Smak lekko słodki z wyraźną, goryczkową kontrą. Goryczka ma charakter zestu owocowego. Jest wyraźna, długa, średnio wysoka.
Alkohol dobrze schowany. Ciało pełne. Tekstura "śliska", może nawet mydlana, gładka. Posmak długi, wytrawny.

Slightly cloudy bright straw yellow with minimal head. Piney nose,, resin, dry hopping aroma. Orange Marmelade on second sniff. Good initial body, full bodies taste. Piney, sweet, orange Marmelade in the mouth. Nice lingering finish, but overtaken by the bitter. Slightly puckering bitterness. Good!

Can from Kvickly Odder @ Home. Pours clear golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of light malt, grass, citrus, light pine. Flavor is light bitter, malt, grass, fruity hops, citrus, pine. Medium body, average carbonation, lasting light bitter finish. 140525

Big thank you to kappldav123 for this 0,5 l bottle. BB 10.07.2025. Cloudy dark golden in the glass with a more than one finger white foamy head. Looks good. Intensive tropical hop on the nose with dry pale grain. Taste starts with intensive bitterhop, followed by sweetened black tea, less fruity. Some resin and malt in the background. Soft bitterness with citrus sweetness in the second part. Nice one.

Bottle from a local supermarket in Mielno. Looks good. Beer in the glass with a nice small head. Starts fine fresh-hoppy, hints of lemon, some apricot. Mild bitter background. Fine fruity-hoppy-flowery finish, mild bitterness. Nice one!

Tap at Viva la Pinta. Deep copper, thin head. Feels good to be sippin an IPA that’s actually resinously bitter. Long live the west coast.
