500mml. bottle as part of a trade with Rhoihessegold. Tasted on the 17/09/2018 at «Mimosas». In short: Medium sweet with red apples and whisky presence all the way. Color amarillo pálido claro con bastantes burbujas en el vaso pero prácticamente sin espuma. El aroma es en un principio manzanas rojas dulces, azúcar y barriles de whisky. Es bastante interesante ese toque en nariz del whisky en una sidra. El sabor es un poco lo mismo, sobresalen en un principio las manzanas rojas que en paladar quedan matizadas por un retrogusto intenso de barriles de whisky. Interesante pero quizás un poco astringente, dulce y descompensada. Next one please!

26-09-18 // 500ml bottle bought at the source. Clear pale golden. No head. Rising bubbles. Nose of fermented apples and a mild ilsay whiskey note. Soft sparkling mouthfeel. Green apples and a mild fruit sweetness. A very mild whisky barrel aroma in the end. Well balanced and a totally good aroma.

Süßlicher Beginn mit deutlichen Noten von Whiskey. Feine Würzigkeit, moderat säuerlich, langer Nachhall. Lecker. 8/10/9/10//10

Sampled @ Cider World Frankfurt. A clear pale yellow colour. Aroma of dry apples, grassy floral apples. Taste of dry apples, wood, hints of Whiskey.
