Erfrischend spritzige Weisse mit leichter Hopfennote und Aromen von Apfel, Birne, Banane und Zitrusfrüchten. Eine feine Säure umspielt den Gaumen. Gebraut mit Theinheimer Quellwasser, ausgewählten Pilsner und Münchner Karamellmalzen und edlem Hopfen aus der Hallertau. Nach 150 jährigem Brauverfahren hergestellt und mit Hefezellen aus der Theinheimer Luft vergoren. Ideal zu Fisch, Salaten und Sommergerichten.

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, amber colour with a short and minimally off-white frothy head. Mildly sour fruity and wheaty aroma with notes of citrus, apples and grapes, backed by hints of dark malt, barnyard, also traces of vinegar. Mildly sour and slightly tart flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Wheaty and vinous fruity taste with a delicately dark malt character underneath, notes of apples, citrus and grapes; mildly sour and vinous fruity finish. A well-crafted wild Ale. 09.VI.18

Fläschla: Deep golden to orangey coloured, quickly collapsing loose white head; moderate sourish citrussy and mildly cellary nose; mild to moderate sourish flavour with a slight bitter taste;, light bodied, fizzy; dry sourish citrussy ( with malic acid) finish, cellary and bitter traces included. A nice brew from the Franconian part of the Senne valley...

Shared with Koelschtrinker & Beerhunter111. Smooth sourish beginning. Easy to drink with a nice smooth sourness. Lactic acid parts, hints of fruits, nice sourish in the end with a mild and dry body. Well made!

Feiner, süß-säuerlicher Antrunk. Eher trocken, sehr süffig, die Säure bleibt dezent. Spritzig, minimal hefig, rund, sessionable. Kurzer, fein säuerlicher Nachhall. 9/8/8/9/9/9

33cl bottle. A clear deep golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of grainy malt, tart fruits, apples. Taste of tart dry apples, yeast, interesting.
